This article expands on conclusive scientific evidence of weather changes due to climate change. However, all of educated humanity must begin to demand that large steps be immediately taken by all governments to recognize that these issues go far beyond factory and automobile emissions. There must be worldwide acknowledgement of the effects on our global climate by scalar interferometry imparted by new technology that has been imposed upon our entire planet by (rogue elements) within several military/industrialized nations, including ours; as outlined by Ret. Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden.
